What we do
Sierra Pueblo West Spray Foam Insulation is an insulation contractor in Pueblo West, CO, working in Pueblo West and the cities around it. Our work includes spray foam, blown-in insulation, attic, wall, basement and crawl space insulation, air sealing, vapor barriers and insulation removal. You can read more about our crew on our About page.
The service descriptions on this site are general. The work we'll actually do at your house is what's written in your estimate.
Estimates and pricing
Our estimates are free and done in person, because we need to see your attic, walls or crawl space before we can price the job honestly. Each estimate lists the work, the materials and the price, and it holds for the period written on it.
Anything on this site about cost is general information and not an offer. If we open up the job and find something that wasn't visible at the estimate, like soaked or contaminated old insulation, rot or wiring problems, we'll stop, show you what we found and get your okay before doing or charging for any extra work.
Scheduling, access and cancellation
We set a date once you accept the estimate. Weather, material deliveries or an earlier job running long can move that date, and we'll tell you as soon as we know.
You agree to give our crew access to the work areas and to clear stored items from the attic, garage or crawl space path unless we've agreed in writing to handle it. On spray foam jobs, everyone in the house, kids and pets included, needs to stay out until the re-entry time our crew gives you has passed, since that's when it's safe to come back inside.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us at (719) 601-8073 as early as you can. If we've already bought materials for your job that we can't return, we may charge for them as stated in your estimate.
Payment
Payment terms are written on your estimate or invoice. Unless they say otherwise, payment is due when the work is finished.
If a payment is late, we may hold off on any remaining work until it's settled, and we may recover reasonable collection costs where Colorado law allows.
Our work and warranties
We're licensed and fully insured, and we want you satisfied with the job. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll come back out to look at it.
Insulation products carry their maker's own warranty, which we pass along to you, and the maker decides what that warranty covers. Apart from what's written in your estimate and the maker's warranty, we don't promise specific results like a set drop in your power bill or a set temperature in the room over the garage, because those depend on your house, your heating and cooling equipment and how you use them.
To the extent Colorado law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The information on this website is provided as is.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost use of a room or higher energy costs.
We also aren't responsible for problems caused by conditions we couldn't see and weren't told about, or by work someone else does after we leave. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that Colorado law doesn't allow us to limit.
Using this website
The content on this site is general information about insulation and our services, and we may change it at any time. It isn't advice for your specific house until we've seen it.
Please don't copy the site's content for commercial use or try to interfere with how the site works. Links to outside sites are there for convenience, and we aren't responsible for what those sites say or do.
Resolving a problem
If you have a concern, call us first at (719) 601-8073 or reach us through our Contact page, because most issues get fixed with a phone call or a return visit. We'll work with you in good faith to sort it out.
If we can't settle it within 30 days, either of us may take the matter to small claims court or another court with jurisdiction in Pueblo County, Colorado.
Governing law
These terms, and any work we do for you, are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the new version on this page. The version in place when you accept an estimate applies to that job, and changes apply to use of the site from the day they're posted.
